General Meetings
COVID-19 Note:
MDARC has begun holding our meetings in a hybrid manner. You may attend the meeting either in person or on Zoom. We believe you will get the most out of each meeting by attending in person, but understand that some must or prefer to attend remotely.
Please note that MDARC will follow all Contra Costa County requirements for protection against COVID-19.
The Membership meeting is on the third Friday of most months. The meeting starts at 7:00 PM. We keep it as short as we can before introducing our speaker. Visitors are welcome. The location is:

You may also attend via Zoom. The Zoom link for the meeting will be sent out before the meeting via our Club's Groups.io email forum. If you're not a member of that forum, see the Groups.io section of our Communicating With You page.

License exam sessions are held prior to most club meetings. Sessions begin at 5:30 PM. Please arrive before 7:00 PM to be seated for your exam.

Exceptions to the above:
April: April is our annual auction. There is no testing, business meeting or speaker. Also, the auction will start earlier than 7:30. Check the Auction page for the details.
October: The meeting will be at Pacificon in San Ramon, instead of the above location. Check the Pacificon web site for the location and start time. There is no testing before the club meeting but there are several testing sessions during Pacificon Saturday and Sunday.
December: The December meeting is not held and is replaced by our annual Holiday Banquet.
